How does the order process function? |

1. You can purchase the requested item ether by using the "buy now" button or by clicking "add to basket" when in detail view for the item.
2. After you added an item to your shopping basket, you will be automatically forwarded to the updated shopping basket overview. There, all selected items, number of items, price of the item and the total sum will be clearly listed. In the Your Basket overview you have the possibility to adjust the number of items or delete certain items. To let the changes come to effect please click the "update" button.
3. Once all items in the shopping basket are displayed as you requested please click "check out".
4. On the next page shown please fill in the address details needed to handle your order. In case of you would like to choose a differing delivery address (e.g. as a gift) please click the corresponding checkbox. If you marked "differing delivery address" please fill in the delivery address details on the next page shown. After all text fields are filled out please press "next".
5. On the following page you will be asked to choose the payment method, delivery method and optional gift wrap. All choices will be made via drop-down-menu. In case of you want to redeem a coupon, please fill in the ECoupon-Code in the text field below, the amount will be allocated on the next page. Depending on the delivery method and the order value our shop will automatically list the incidental delivery costs (for international shipping) and the total amount. In the passage below you will find the link to the "General Terms and Conditions". In case of you agree to our General Terms and Conditions please mark the corresponding checkbox and then proceed by clicking the "next" button.
6. Concluding there will be an overview of your "Order check & send", where all information given can be easily revised if necessary. By clicking the "send order" button it will be encrypted (SSL) and transmitted. In case of you choose payment method Credit Card another secured page will open where you will be asked to provide your credit card details. After having completed this procedure you will be informed by our shop system that all data has been received .
7. Shortly after you did send your order you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation E-mail. If you are an AOL or GMX User please also check your spam folder. In case of there is any incorrectness in this confirmation E-mail please contact us as soon as possible naming the problem and the Order-ID.
