Foreign Shipment | European Union
Orders to be shipped to an address within the European Union (any EU-country other than Germany), underlie a reasonable shipping and handling charge. If orders will be proceeded in partial and/or multiple shipments there will be only one single charge for the shipment.
Foreign Shipment | Non European Union
For shipments that will be delivered to countries outside the European Union customs duty may be imposed by some countries. These charges vary due to countries regulations and will be paid by the orderer. For deliveries in Non EU-Countries there will be NO VALUE ADDED TAX (19% federal VAT for EU-Countries) added (see 2. Value Added Tax)

2. Value Added Tax |

|
All price marks in the shop and added charges for shipment within European-Union-Countries include 19% federal German Value Added Tax. Price marks including VAT are default value. For deliveries to Non-European-Union-Countries there will be NO levy of Value Added Tax. Decisive for the levy of VAT is the country of delivery which the costumer specifies in the order form, in case of deliveries to Non-EU Countries all price marks in the shop can be deducted by federal 19% VAT (formula: ITEM PRICE / 119 * 100 = PRICE without VAT). As stated above, customs duty may be imposed by some countries outside the EU. These custom duties are subject to federal regulations and will be imposed separately by local tax authorities. |

3. Payment |
|
|
|
|

Payments can be placed in the following ways:
Prepayment
Please wire the amount invoiced to our bank account (und explicit note your name and the Order Number (Order-ID). After receipt of payment the ordered goods will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Bank details will be announced in the confirmation email you will receive after the order process has been successfully completed .
Credit Card Payment
Please complete your order by pressing "Send Order". On the following page you may choose payment method Credit Card. Our Credit Card Payment-Partner is "Telecash" with it's secure and user-friendly system "Click&Pay Easy" to facilitate payment. We accept the following Credit Cards "VISA", "MASTERCARD / EUROCARD" and "AMERICAN EXPRESS". Your Credit Card Data will be encrypted and securely transmitted with the purpose of a validity check. In order to enhance security standards of online transactions Visa and MasterCard did develop security systems: "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard Secure Code" respectively. Our online-shop-order-system takes hold of these security features. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your Credit Card will be debited instantly. This enhances security, because NO Credit Card Data will be transmitted to us. Hence: NO data transmission = NO possibility of data abuse!
Cash On Delivery
Cash On Delivery is a clearing procedure where the ordered goods will be handed out when the total amount (including COD charges) is paid. The COD charge is 5,00 EUR, there may be additional charges collected by the logistic operator (e.g. "Transmission fee" 2,00 EUR by Deutsche Post AG | DHL). |

4. Notice and Severability Clause |

We reserve the right to reject a certain method of payment in particular cases. Payment by Cash or Cheque via Mail is in general possible, but we explicitly exclude any liability for losses in any case. If any provision of the policies and regulations on this page or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these policies and regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these policies and regulations are severable. In lieu thereof there shall be added a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid and unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable. |
